Recently I visited that place the girl served us , a sweet welcome by jyoti and thanks for help me choose the best flavours of ice creams and she recommended me to have milkshakes literally I loved it the cookie dough n cream bueno gelato shake I loved this place definitely come back

One of my favorite dessert places in UK. This one is in Windsor. We went a bit crazy ordering dessert here Saturday night. Apple custard waffle, nutella crepe, nutella waffle and lemon crepe all with ice cream. Service was excellent. Delicious ending to our day!
What a terrific place to get your sugar fix! We celebrated my loves birthday with the best waffles and gelato! The restaurant has a very cool decor and the service was quick and friendly. We were all impressed with the large selection of treats and had a hard time choosing. There is definitely something for everyone! The average price seemed to be about 8 pounds and the serving sizes were big. We loved it!
We came here for the first time today since it's been under new management and have had a great time. My daughter had an activity based birthday party in the town centre and we came to Creams for some sweet treats for all her friends to round up the celebrations. The waffles and crepes were huge and were freshly made on site. Apparently the warm Oreo cookie dough was the stand out menu item, a perfect compliment to a winter afternoon. Overall the service was friendly, the ambience was chilled and the restaurant was impeccably clean. Special kudos to the new owner, who made a special effort to ensure we had a great time and joined in with his staff to serenade the birthday girl. If you're in town, shopping, sightseeing, celebrating or dining out, I highly recommend visiting here.
What can I say?? This place is amazing! Read some of the negatives and compared to our visit they must be of a different place..... Once shown to our table we were asked about allergies to which we said both our boys are allergic to nuts. We were then helped by the owner who overheard us asking. She had only popped in as it was her birthday! Comprehensive advice and very helpful and friendly. She put one person in charge of our order (very helpful polite young man) who double checked all the allergy info and delivered our order and made a special trip to get a wafer as they had run out on the counter. He even brought us the remainder of the milkshake from our little ones so it didn't go to waste!! Staff are a credit to the owner. Try Creams, you wont be disappointed!!!!
